Use of Dumpsters
Not all items are permitted into containers. Below are items that are permitted into dumpsters.
- Wood: Scraps, pallets, and framing materials.
- Concrete: Broken slabs, blocks, and rubble.
- Drywall: Sheets and remnants from interior construction.
- General Waste: Packaging materials, insulation, and more.
- Metal: Steel, aluminum, etc if separated from general debris we will pay you for this material!

Material We Cannot Handle
There may be instances where waste is generated that we cannot dispose of, including: Liquids, medical waste, medical and animal waste, explosives, haz waste, infectious waste, batteries, lawn clippings, lead based paint, leaves, pathological waste, radioactive waste, tires, sewage, anti-freeze, and motor oils.
Container Types and Sizes
We offer a wide range of container sizes. With sizes ranging from 10 yards to 40 yards we have the right size for you next job. Container dimensions include:
- 10 Yard – 14 Ft Long, 7.5 Ft Wide, 3.5 Ft Tall. Approximately 2 -3 tons of material
- 20 Yard – 22 Ft Long, 7.5 Ft Wide, 4.5 Ft Tall. Approximately 3-4 tons of material
- 30 Yard – 22 Ft Long, 7.5 Ft Wide, 6 Ft Tall. Approximately 4-7 tons of material
- 40 Yard – 22 Ft Long, 7.5 Ft Wide, 6 Ft Tall. Approximately 7-10 tons of material

How Long Can I Keep the Dumpster?
Our rental periods are flexible. You can keep the dumpster for as little as one day or as long as several weeks or months. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll accommodate your schedule. Our ask is that the dumpster is serviced at least monthly.
How Much Notice Do You Need for Pickup?
We offer flexible schedule but ask at least 24 hours notice before wanted pickup.
What If I Need More Than One Dumpster?
No problem! If your project generates more waste than expected, we can arrange for additional dumpsters or swap out your current one for an empty container.
How Do I Prepare for Dumpster Delivery?
Ensure there’s enough space for the dumpster on your property. Clear any obstacles, and provide us with a designated spot where it can be safely placed. Our team can help advise you on the best location.
What Happens After the Dumpster is Picked Up?
Once we pick up the dumpster, we’ll take care of the disposal and recycling of your waste. We strive to recycle as much material as possible, reducing our environmental impact.
